We engaged Tracy Primeau to become our Strategic Indigenous Advisor, a proud member of the Nipissing First Nation. Tracy is one of the few women (and the only Indigenous one) to become a CNSC licensed operator at Bruce Power (the first at Bruce A) and the only female Shift Manager to work her way up from the shop floor. Tracy currently serves on many Board of Directors including Women in Nuclear Canada, Ontario Power Generation and the University of Waterloo.
Indigenous Engineering Solutions Inc. (IES)
IES has implemented a robust QA program compliant with CSA N285.0, CSA N286-12, CSA N286.7-16, and CSA N299.1-16 standards, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015. IES with it’s minority partner employ over 150 full-time engineers dedicated to significant projects at Bruce Power and Candu Energy.

Led by Jesse St-Pierre, Richard Horrobin spent 15 years as an executive at Bruce Power, including eight years overseeing Supply Chain. Manoj Aggarwal, spent last 10 years at Bruce Power managing supply chain, strategic global supply-chain leader with 30+ years of experience delivering multi-million-dollar programs.
