Make It Organized is a 100% Indigenous-owned corporate event planning company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, serving private businesses and non-profits across Canada and the US. Founded by Tiffany Creaghe-Harder, a Dakota woman and member of Long Plain First Nation, we specialize in in-person corporate events: conferences, retreats, AGMs, corporate activations, and client and staff appreciation events. We help busy leaders turn vague event ideas into concrete plans, then handle the details so they can stay focused on the work only they can do.
Our approach uses three methodologies: the Hands-Off Event Execution Method™ for leaders who need minimal involvement, Experience-First Planning that designs every event from the perspective of everyone who shows up (attendees, VIPs, speakers, and volunteers), and Critical Path Planning to map dependencies and prevent last-minute chaos. On event day, our On-site Officer role handles issues efficiently and quietly so the attendees never know anything went wrong. We offer three service tiers — full-service planning, consulting and strategy, and day-of coordination — so clients can engage at whatever level fits.
