About Kupi Instructional Design

Advancing Indigenization Through Learning, Design, and Relational Practice.

I develop frameworks, learning experiences, and resources that support ethical, rigorous, and meaningful approaches to Indigenization across education and organizational contexts.

I am a First Nations instructional designer and scholar working at the intersection of Indigenous knowledge systems, adult learning theory, and systemic change in education.

I hold a Master’s degree in Andragogical Learning Theory and the British Columbia Provincial Instructor Diploma, and I am currently a Doctoral student in Critical Theories, where my research focuses on the Indigenization of post-secondary systems in Canada.

My work brings together lived experience, academic research, and applied practice to support approaches to Indigenization that are relational, accountable, and grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing and learning.
