Founded in 1991 by President and Owner Kevin L. Martin, C.E.T., KLMC is a 100% Indigenous-owned technical consulting firm based in Ohsweken, within the Six Nations of the Grand River, Ontario established to provide technical consulting services tailored to the unique needs and priorities of First Nations communities.
For more than 30 years, KLMC has partnered with Indigenous communities across Ontario to plan, develop, and implement projects that support community growth, well-being, and self-determination. Our team of 15 local, in-office staff brings extensive experience in feasibility studies, community planning, capital project development, infrastructure design, construction management, and long-term asset planning.
KLMC has successfully delivered a wide range of projects, including wellness centres, administration facilities, educational facilities, housing developments, recreation facilities, community infrastructure projects, and capital planning initiatives.
