RPMIG supports public- and private-sector clients across infrastructure, building, environmental, and industrial projects. Our services include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental consulting, architectural services, surveying, land development, project management, procurement support, and construction-phase coordination.
RPMIG also develops and implements Indigenous Participation Plans (IPP) and Indigenous Benefits Plans (IBP), supporting clients in meeting Indigenous procurement, workforce inclusion, community engagement, and reporting requirements.
Where specialized construction, trade, janitorial, security, or heavy civil scopes are required, RPMIG works through structured joint ventures and qualified partners. RPMIG is also a signatory to multiple trade union agreements and can coordinate unionized labour support where required by project scope and location, while providing oversight, Indigenous participation management, and compliance support.
