Jordan Baptiste

Jordan Baptiste is Partner and President of Creative Fire, a First Nation owned strategy, marketing, and communications firm under Des Nedhe Group. Creative Fire operates as a community owned enterprise, delivering national work grounded in Indigenous rights, economic sovereignty, and long term value creation for Nations.

Jordan leads complex, multi sector engagements across energy, mining, infrastructure, financial services, and government. His work focuses on embedding Indigenous ownership into core business systems, including procurement, capital deployment, and supply chains. He advises major institutions such as Schedule I banks, Crown corporations, pension funds, and global resource companies on how to move from participation models toward durable, community owned economic outcomes.

He has played a key advisory role in shaping reconciliation action plans, Indigenous loan guarantee structures, and national scale engagement strategies tied to major projects. His approach is grounded in Section 35 rights, UNDRIP, and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Call to Action 92, ensuring that Indigenous inclusion is tied directly to measurable economic impact.

Jordan is a member of Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg and brings both lived experience and executive leadership to his work. Under his leadership, Creative Fire has transformed into a profitable, high growth firm recognized for delivering Big Four level strategy with a community first mandate.

He is a sought after speaker and moderator, known for advancing conversations on supply chains, ownership, and the role of Indigenous Nations in shaping Canada’s economic future.
