RPCN L&L Oilfield Services is a majority Indigenous owned industrial construction and mechanical services company, owned by Red Pheasant Cree Nation in partnership with the founding family of L&L. Founded in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan in 1970, L&L has grown over five decades from a local family business into a fully integrated service provider with locations across Saskatchewan and Alberta, a fleet of more than 150 units, and a seasonal workforce of up to 250 people.
We serve clients across the energy, oil & gas, mining, and industrial sectors with services including construction, facility maintenance, welding and fabrication, scaffolding, industrial insulating, safety services, and commercial projects. Our team of pipefitters, gas fitters, welders, scaffolders, and insulators deliver safe, reliable, and cost effective work on projects of any scale.
Under the ownership of Red Pheasant Cree Nation, the business creates opportunity and long term value for the Nation and its members while continuing the culture of hard work, safety, and community involvement that has defined L&L for more than 50 years.
