Improving Federal Subcontracting for Indigenous Businesses: Increasing Indigenous trade and access to markets is a top priority for CCAB. This report looks at historical and contemporary Indigenous trade, the barriers to it, as well as 26 trade policy recommendations for how all level’s of government in Canada and Indigenous organizations can work to facilitate Indigenous trade.
