About Nacia Forge,

Nacia Forge is a 100% Indigenous woman-owned federal procurement intelligence and training company based in Montreal, Quebec, serving clients nationally. Founded by Kaleena Bailey, a member of the Huron-Wendat Nation, Nacia Forge was built to close the gap between Canada’s federal 5% Indigenous procurement mandate and the businesses it was designed to serve.

The Government of Canada is legally required to direct 5% of all procurement spending to Indigenous businesses under PSIB and TIPS. Most Indigenous businesses don’t know this opportunity exists. Most organizations responsible for meeting the target don’t know how to implement it. Nacia Forge addresses both sides simultaneously.

Services include the Forge Briefing, an AI-scored daily federal tender alert with Fit Scores, Stress Tests, and automatic PSIB set-aside detection, and the RFP Decoder, a compliance audit engine that extracts every mandatory requirement from any federal RFP and flags disqualification risks within 24–48 hours. Training programs include Procurement Mastery for organizations implementing the 5% mandate, the Government Contractor Readiness Accelerator for Indigenous businesses, and the Indigenous Youth Launchpad for entrepreneurs ages 16–25. TIPS compliance consulting is also available.

Nacia Forge is TIBT, ID1N and CCIB certified, as well as IDB registered.

All programs are available online nationally.
