Our processes include cutting, bending, shaping, rolling (up to ½” thick material), & of course welding; using the processes FCAW, MCAW, SMAW, & GTAW. We are a fully integrated CWB certified manufacturer to CSA Standard W47.1, providing proven services. We’re API-650-12F certified in welded steel storage tanks and can build tanks up to 5,000BBL. Also, we’re ULC certified for double-walled horizontal aboveground diesel storage tanks up to 200,000L.
For our painting/coating shop, we use top-quality materials such as Devoe coatings on interior surfaces and Endura primers and paints for exterior surfaces. Polyurethane spray foam insulation can also be applied, ranging from 1 1/2” to 3” thick. This can reduce heating and cooling costs by 30% to 40% and provides a seamless air barrier. R&R is your one-stop shop for all your sandblasting, painting and coating needs. In our 4800 square foot heated painting facility, no job is too big or too small, regardless of the time of year. We also have two mobile units ready for on-site services. Our knowledgeable staff will meet or exceed all industry standards in finishing of your projects.
