The firm was founded on the corporate culture that our CEO, Allan Youmans, carried over from his years of experience leading the Eastern Canadian operations of one of Canada’s “Top Five” general contractors. That culture has saturated every aspect of the company’s operations providing clients with an open environment and clear, honest communication. Every staff member firmly believes in this key obligation to our clients. The primary objective of Matheson has, and always will be, to earn the respect and trust of our clients.
Over the years the company has expanded to include a number of different divisions which can work independently or in tandem with each other.
