Marilyn Maychak Consulting supports Indigenous professionals, racialized and marginalized leaders, and women mid-career who are leading through uncertainty and transition while staying rooted in their humanity.
As a dual-heritage Inuk holistic leadership coach and relational facilitator, I walk alongside leaders finding their way home to themselves. This is coaching and facilitation that honours both the spiritual and structural dimensions of decolonization—tender and determined, vulnerable and boundaried, joyful and truthful.
I offer holistic coaching for personal transformation, critical friend and strategic advice for complex decisions, relational facilitation for teams doing brave work together, and authentic involvement support for organizations committed to genuine community engagement.
What makes this work different: I don’t offer frameworks that ask you to contort yourself. I support leaders to move from human doing to human being. To tend their inner ecosystem. To lead from their deepest knowing without sacrificing themselves in the process.
My guiding purpose: For people to know there is a space and place for them in this world. To know they belong. They are worthy. They matter. They are valued. They are whole. They are enough.
This work is a journey. A marathon, not a destination. I’m here to walk alongside you.
