He is also deeply engaged in Indigenous relations, with a strong track record of building mutually beneficial partnerships with communities. In addition, Craig is well-versed in the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business’s Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR)process.

He is known for identifying and developing business opportunities through innovative technical solutions, often collaborating with industry partners to deliver high-value outcomes for clients. Leveraging his strong sales acumen, strategic design thinking, and an extensive network of industry relationships, Reid has built a reputation as a dynamic problem-solver and market standout.

Pierre is a seasoned sales leader with two decades of experience in the modular industry, specializing in major projects and organizational growth. He has led strategic initiatives for ATCO on high-profile developments including BC Hydro’s Site C, BHP’s Jansen Mine, and key Black Diamond projects. Renowned for his leadership and market foresight, Pierre excels at identifying opportunities, optimizing operations, and driving large-scale sales efforts across North America. With a recent focus on the U.S. market, he brings a robust pipeline of clients and project opportunities, ideally positioned for rapid asset redeployment.
- Hank Van Weelden -Managing Director
With a career spanning over three decades—including key roles at PTI (now Civeo) and Alta-Fab Structures—Hank has been deeply involved in remote housing projects across Canada, the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. His expertise covers the full project lifecycle, from design and sales to logistics planning, installation, and ongoing operations. Hank has contributed to the success of various large-scale developments such as rig camps, construction camps, northern mining sites, and military operations. His deep knowledge of camp infrastructure and logistical strategy makes him a trusted leader in the field.
