Tanya Neitzert, Partner, Boreala Management
Tanya has over 20 years of experience leading the HR function within a wide industry sectors including technology, sales, education, and manufacturing in organizations of all sizes. She is a driver of innovative, strategic, and practical HR solutions that lead to organizational performance.
Her background includes leadership of both strategic and operational HR in all areas including HR strategy, compensation, organizational development and structure, employee engagement, performance management, HR analytics, change management, training & development, and labour law. She has a proven track record of driving HR to partner with business to achieve high levels of engagement and bottom-line success.
As an Account Director, Tanya works with various Boreala clients to identify solutions that will meet the core needs of their business. She secures the most appropriate resources for each of her client’s needs, carefully managing all projects and ultimately ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Widely recognized as an excellent communicator and relationship builder, Tanya is passionate about supporting her clients in building organizational capacity.
As a Partner at Boreala, she heads up our Project Management Office and oversees the quality and efficiency of our content and client experience.
Tanya holds a B.A. from Concordia University, a certificate in Human Resources from McGill University, and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrées. She co-authored of The HR Manager’s Guide to Employment Files and Information Management: Legislation and Best Practices (Toronto: Thomson Reuters, 2015), is an accredited Facilitator and is also a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner.

Sandrine Tremblay, Senior Consultant, Boreala Management
Sandrine has been a valuable addition to the Boreala team since 2018. She stands out for her human, solution-oriented approach and her authenticity which allows her to quickly establish trust and close, collaborative relationships with clients in the long term.
As a senior consultant Sandrine leads the Boreala compensation team and supports clients with a range of services including benchmarking market analyses, development and implementation of compensation strategies, development of policies and programs compensation, the design of salary structures, the implementation and optimization of job evaluation and classification systems, the management of pay equity and compliance and communication of compensation programs.
In addition, Sandrine use her expertise, curiosity and creativity in a variety of related areas such as the development and implementation of performance management programs, the development of communication plans and the identification of creative solutions to leverage the attraction and retention of talents
Committed to the success of projects and the positive impact it has on clients and their organizations, Sandrine collaborates closely with the stakeholders to develop solutions that meet their needs and that are sustainable.
Sandrine holds a Bachelor in industrial relations from the University of Montreal, is a certified Prosci/ADKAR change management practitioner and a certified Facilitation First facilitator.
