Norton Rose Fulbright Canada Pro Bono Services
Description
The Canadian Council for Indigenous Business in collaboration with Norton Rose Fulbright Canada is pleased to offer a new national pro bono legal program supporting Indigenous led small businesses and Indigenous entrepreneurs across Canada. This national pro bono legal program is designed to empower up and coming Indigenous talent to achieve their business objectives by offering free legal assistance.
Through this initiative, CCIB connects eligible Indigenous entrepreneurs with lawyers who provide free legal support to help businesses start, grow, and succeed. Indigenous business owners can access assistance on a wide range of business-related legal matters, including corporate governance, corporate and commercial agreements, employment, intellectual property, tax advice, and litigation.
By reducing barriers to legal services, this program supports the growth of Indigenous entrepreneurship in Canada. Applicants must meet program eligibility requirements, including financial criteria. Applications are reviewed jointly by CCIB and our legal services partner, and all information submitted is kept confidential.
