They advise on every stage of the employment relationship – from recruitment, policy design and issues during the employment relationship, to terminations, layoffs and post-employment restrictions. This 360° perspective helps them understand where workplace issues come from, how they look from every angle, and how to resolve them in a practical way.
Their advice is pragmatic and strategic. They help clients anticipate risk, stay compliant, and make sound decisions. When disputes cannot be resolved, they bring the advocacy skills, insight and experience needed to litigate effectively.
Their investigation philosophy is informed by their broad perspective on the workplace. While their role is neutral, their experience as a full service employment law firm helps them remain mindful of the overall impact investigations have on the working environment.
