Description

In this 1.5-hour webinar, Tanya and Sarah will help you take a step back and assess where your HR practices stand today—and what actually needs your attention.

We’ll walk through:

  • What’s essential (legal basics, payroll, policies)
  • What reduces risk (consistency, documentation, clear expectations)
  • What supports retention and stability in small teams
  • What’s “nice to have” vs. what you should prioritize right now

You’ll leave with:

  • A simple HR self-assessment checklist
  • A clear sense of your biggest gaps
  • A practical roadmap of what to fix first—and what can wait
