Tanya Neitzert, Partner, Boreala Management<\/span><\/h2>\n

Tanya has over 20 years of experience leading the HR function within a wide industry sectors including technology, sales, education, <\/strong>and manufacturing in organizations of all sizes. She is a driver of innovative, strategic, and practical HR solutions that lead to <\/strong>organizational performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Her background includes leadership of both strategic and operational HR in all areas including HR strategy, compensation, <\/strong>organizational development and structure, employee engagement, performance management, HR analytics, change management, <\/strong>training & development, and labour law. She has a proven track record of driving HR to partner with business to achieve high levels <\/strong>of engagement and bottom-line success.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As an Account Director, Tanya works with various Boreala clients to identify solutions that will meet the core needs of their business. <\/strong>She secures the most appropriate resources for each of her client\u2019s needs, carefully managing all projects and ultimately ensuring <\/strong>quality deliverables and client satisfaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Widely recognized as an excellent communicator and relationship builder, Tanya is passionate about supporting her clients in <\/strong>building organizational capacity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Partner at Boreala, she heads up our Project Management Office and oversees the quality and efficiency of our content and <\/strong>client experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sandrine Tremblay, Senior Consultant, Boreala Management<\/span><\/h2>\n

Sandrine has been a valuable addition to the Boreala team since 2018. She stands out for her human, solution-oriented approach <\/strong>and her authenticity which allows her to quickly establish trust and close, collaborative relationships with clients in the long term.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a senior consultant Sandrine leads the Boreala compensation team and supports clients with a range of services including <\/strong>benchmarking market analyses, development and implementation of compensation strategies, development of policies and <\/strong>programs compensation, the design of salary structures, the implementation and optimization of job evaluation and classification <\/strong>systems, the management of pay equity and compliance and communication of compensation programs.<\/strong><\/p>\n
