Tanya Neitzert, Partner, Boreala Management<\/span><\/h2>\n

Tanya has over 20 years of experience leading the HR function within a wide industry sectors including technology, sales, education, <\/strong>and manufacturing in organizations of all sizes. She is a driver of innovative, strategic, and practical HR solutions that lead to <\/strong>organizational performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Her background includes leadership of both strategic and operational HR in all areas including HR strategy, compensation, <\/strong>organizational development and structure, employee engagement, performance management, HR analytics, change management, <\/strong>training & development, and labour law. She has a proven track record of driving HR to partner with business to achieve high levels <\/strong>of engagement and bottom-line success.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As an Account Director, Tanya works with various Boreala clients to identify solutions that will meet the core needs of their business. <\/strong>She secures the most appropriate resources for each of her client\u2019s needs, carefully managing all projects and ultimately ensuring <\/strong>quality deliverables and client satisfaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Widely recognized as an excellent communicator and relationship builder, Tanya is passionate about supporting her clients in <\/strong>building organizational capacity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Partner at Boreala, she heads up our Project Management Office and oversees the quality and efficiency of our content and <\/strong>client experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anne-Norrante Alexandre, Senior Consultant, Boreala Management<\/span><\/h2>\n

Dynamic, caring, committed and passionate, Anne-Norrante takes her customers\u2019 well-being to heart. She stands out for her ability <\/strong>to listen, her professionalism and her sense of justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

She enjoys teamwork and achieving long-term results through the development of sustainable initiatives. Anne-Norrante joined <\/strong>Boreala Management in 2020 and has progressed through a variety of roles. Currently a Senior Consultant, Anne-Norrante is always <\/strong>ready to innovate and try out new ways of doing things.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A versatile consultant, her main areas of expertise include HR fundamentals, diversity, equity and inclusion, training and <\/strong>development, organizational diagnostic & effectiveness strategies and facilitation. She has extensive experience working with <\/strong>organizations in northern Quebec.<\/strong>
\nA sought-after facilitator, she makes fun an integral part of any mandate, and laughter is a given if Anne-Norrante is leading the <\/strong>project.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to joining Boreala Management, Anne-Norrante worked in management\/ leadership development consulting, in addition to her <\/strong>experience as a human resources manager in the retail sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With a bachelor\u2019s degree in psychology from Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, certificates in human resources and organizational <\/strong>development from HEC and a diploma in management from Universit\u00e9 Laval, Anne-Norrante has a wide range of knowledge and <\/strong>navigates well in evolving, growing environments, combining social justice and organizational issues. She also enjoys trying out <\/strong>different learning methods.
